At times, CQCR will hold promotions at any or all of our sites across Central Queensland. You will find below the list of our Terms and Conditions that apply to any event. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions relating to our promotions. Our promotions are intended to be a little bit of fun for some lucky customers to get a little extra from their visit to us.

CQCR Pty Ltd Promotion
Terms & Conditions
1. Any instructions on “How to Enter”, form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The promoter is CQCR Pty Ltd. The promoter conducts the giveaways and lucky door prizes at its various sites across Central Queensland and will advertise these promotions on their Facebook page and at the individual sites that the promotion is running.
3. By completing an entry for the giveaways or lucky door prize you agree to have your full name published on our Facebook page.
4. The prizes will be detailed on the CQCR Facebook page with “How to Enter” details and the duration of the promotion, which form part of these conditions.
5. The promotion is not available to Employees of CQCR, Kanga Bins or KB Waste Group their immediate families and organizations and individuals associated with the promotion, who are ineligible to win. The promotion is available to all other customers of the CQCR Pty Ltd refund points on a day that they present with eligible containers for refund.
6. The promotion is a game of chance and no skill is required. The winner will be selected at random.
7. Selecting the winners will be a random draw within 24 hours of the promotion’s completion. All valid entries received within the promotion timeframe will be entered into the promotion. The winner is selected randomly and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by telephone using the number provided on the entry, within 1 business of the winning selection being made. The full name of the winner may also be posted on our Facebook page.
9. Physical prizes may be picked up in person from the depot at which the promotion was held providing adequate photo identification.
10. Where applicable, failure to pick up the prize within a 3-month period of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter may re-use that item as a promotion at another time. Any item that may be perishable must be picked up before the best before or used by date printed on the package.
11. Prizes will not be transferable or exchangeable. Prizes such as gift cards will be required to be redeemed by the winner, failure to redeem the prize prior to the expiry date will render it null and void.
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promotor (including it’s officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any person injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion and, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following a) any theft, unauthorized access and third party interference, b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promotor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
13. The prize does not include transport to or from any event unless stated.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
